Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Goods
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and the package is taped securely.
Processing & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
